Prosecutor General’s Office warns Tofig Yagublu

Today, the deputy chairman of the party “Musavat” Tofig Yagublu was summoned to the Prosecutor General’s Office, where he was  warned in connection with publications in the “facebook” and the media, reads  the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

The guilt of  Yagublu are  statements about the presence of political prisoners in Azerbaijan and that ruling circles are behind it. In addition, claims  caused Yagublu statements about tensions in prisons between Shiites and Wahhabis that upon release of the latter, they will arrange  terrorist  attacks. Yagublu was told that for inciting ethnic, social and religious hatred is provided a liability under the  Article 283 of the Criminal Code, and in case of repetition  strict measures will be taken against Yagublu.
